Conference registration fees
The registration fee will include lunch and dinner from Monday until Friday lunch inclusive, the welcome wine reception (no dinner), conference access on all days, the excursion to historic castles and/or traditional distilleries, and the Gala dinner.
Early bird rates will be available for registrations made on or before 16 August:
- Early bird student rate: £750
- Early bird standard registration: £850
Standard rates will apply for registrations made after 16 August:
- Student registration: £900
- Standard registration: £1000
Accommodation
Accommodation in the Fairmont St Andrews hotel can also be booked alongside conference registration for Early bird delegates only.
The discounted fee is £180/night including breakfast if booked before 8 September: please remember to mention that you are attending ICUIL 2026 if you book directly with the hotel to obtain this discount.
If you wish to bring an accompanying person
Delegates may bring an accompanying person. Please note they will not have access to conference sessions.
Additional charges will apply:
- £20/night for double occupancy – includes breakfast only
- £310 for excursions (Wednesday) and the Gala dinner (Thursday)
- £240 to join three-course evening meals from Monday to Wednesday (Lunch not included for guests)
